“I was delighted to be able to go back to see Julia, I have missed my visits. I was a little worried about returning after lockdown but Julia has put together a full set of rules for client visits that ensure full compliance with Government regulations. We had a pre appointment telephone consultation covering my current state of health plus all the COVID triage questions; on arrival at Julia’s house she was in full PPE, her consultation room is spotless with special water supply and adequate room to ensure 2 metre distancing. Julia minimises contact time for pulse checks and needle insertion/removal.  She has a specific cloakroom reserved for clients only with hand wash and sanitiser available.  I was very comfortable that she had done everything possible to ensure the safety of her clients and her own family”
